<p>The Master of Science in ICT Policy and Regulation is a postgraduate programme that trains graduates in ICT policy, telecommunications regulation, digital governance, and technology law. The programme prepares graduates for advanced careers in ICT policy formulation, telecommunications regulation, digital strategy, and technology governance.
