Better choices start with better information.
Most people choose a course on reputation and hearsay, because until now there was very little else to choose on. The same decision made against published fees, entry marks, hiring signals and an honest read on automation is a different decision, and this is 15 fields of study and institutions in all 47 counties, recorded the same way.
The far end of the window the records describe. Each of 542 careers traces the same arc from 2024, dated milestone by milestone, which leaves 4 years of it still ahead. Knowing which parts of your field move first is the whole advantage.
Four indexes, one map.
Institutions, the programmes they run, the careers those programmes lead to, and how each of them is holding up. Linked, so the walk works from either end.

It is not the job. It is the first rung.
Read across 1,127 careers that carry a pay projection, senior pay is expected to rise 25% by 2030 while entry pay rises 12%. The work is not vanishing. The junior end of it is thinning, which is a different problem and needs a different answer.
Monthly pay in Kenyan shillings, rounded to the nearest thousand. These are projections, not observations.
No quiz. No horoscope.
Fees, entry marks, intakes and accreditation are recorded from what the institution publishes. The exposure rating is different and is labelled as such wherever it appears: it is derived from published automation research applied to the tasks recorded for each role, and every record shows the method and the sources it rests on.

From either end
A programme records where it leads. A career records what gets you there. The index is linked both ways, so it does not matter which one you already know.
- Read
The exposure rating
Every career carries a 0 to 100 score, and every record shows the working: the tasks it was built from, the six things it was scored on, and the studies behind it.
- Cost
What it actually takes
Entry marks, tuition, intake months and duration, recorded per institution rather than averaged into a figure nobody can act on.

Compare what fits, and revisit it as the ratings move. The catalogue is maintained, so today's answer is not frozen.
Last reviewed 27 August 2026. Institution facts are recorded from what each one publishes. Exposure ratings are derived and labelled as such, and 1,115 careers also record where people move next, with the share of skills each move carries over.
