Thika Technical Training Institute (TTI), established in 1964 as a youth polytechnic and upgraded to a technical training institute in 2009, is one of Kenya's premier public TVET institutions. Located in Thika, Kiambu County, it plays a vital role in equipping youth with practical skills for the job market. The institute's mission is to provide quality, competency-based education and training (CBET) that fosters innovation, entrepreneurship, and self-reliance.
TTI offers a wide range of programs across engineering, information communication technology, business studies, hospitality, and applied sciences.
