Bachelor of Business Management

The Bachelor of Business Management is a four-year degree programme offered at over 16 universities across Kenya. The curriculum covers financial accounting, management principles, marketing management, human resource management, business law, economics, operations management, strategic management, entrepreneurship, business research methods, and procurement management. Students develop skills in financial analysis, marketing strategy, human resource management, business planning, project management, decision-making, and communication.

Graduates pursue careers as business managers, marketing executives, human resource officers, financial analysts, entrepreneurs, and procurement officers. The programme is offered at over 16 universities including public institutions such as Moi University, Karatina University, Kibabai University, University of Eldoret, Rongo University, and Co-operative University of Kenya, as well as private institutions such as Mount Kenya University, Kenya Methodist University, and Zetech University. Accreditation is provided by the Commission for University Education (CUE), the statutory body responsible for quality assurance and regulation of university education in Kenya.
