Common misconceptions
A business administration degree guarantees a management position after graduation.
Most graduates start in entry-level roles and work their way up through experience and performance.
BBA is only for those who want to work in banks.
Graduates work across all sectors including manufacturing, retail, NGOs, government, and technology.
BBA is a less rigorous degree compared to BCom.
Both degrees cover similar core business subjects; the distinction is mainly in programme structure and specialisation options.
You need to come from a business family to succeed in BBA.
The programme is designed for students from all backgrounds and develops business skills from foundational principles.
