Bachelor of Business Leadership

The Bachelor of Business Leadership is a four-year programme that develops students' leadership capabilities for business and organisational management. Students study leadership theory, organisational behaviour, strategic management, business ethics, change management and entrepreneurship, preparing for leadership roles across sectors. The programme emphasises character formation, ethical leadership and practical management skills.

Students develop competencies in leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making, team management, organisational development, change management and business communication. They learn to lead teams, manage organisational change, develop strategic plans, navigate ethical dilemmas and drive organisational performance. The programme combines leadership theory with practical application through case studies and projects.

In Kenya, leadership development is increasingly recognised as critical for organisational success and national development. The demand for ethical, transformational leaders spans corporate, government, NGO and entrepreneurial sectors. Pan Africa Christian University and other institutions offer this programme to address the leadership gap.
