Weru Technical and Vocational College (WTVC) was established in 2015 as a public TVET institution in Meru County, Kenya, to address the growing demand for skilled labor in agriculture, ICT, and hospitality. Accredited by TVETA, the college offers certificate and diploma programs aligned with Kenya’s Vision 2030 and the Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) curriculum.

With a mission to provide accessible, quality vocational training, WTVC equips students with practical skills for self-employment and the formal job market. The college plays a vital role in reducing youth unemployment in the region and contributes to Kenya’s industrialization goals.
