Ugenya Technical and Vocational College, located in Ugenya Constituency, Siaya County, is a public TVET institution established to provide practical skills training aligned with Kenya's Vision 2030. Founded in the early 2010s, the college has grown to serve over a thousand students from the Nyanza region and beyond. Its mission is to equip learners with market-oriented competencies in engineering, business, ICT, and applied sciences, fostering self-reliance and employability.

The college offers a range of Certificate and Diploma programmes, including Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, and Agriculture.
