About
Kiharu Technical and Vocational College is a public TVET institution in Murang'a County, Kenya. Located in Gaturi Ward at Kiambugi Shopping Centre, off the Murang'a-Kiria-ini road, the college was built through a partnership between Kiharu NG-CDF and the Ministry of Education, handed over in December 2022 and opened to its first students in September 2023.
The college offers diploma, certificate, and artisan courses in Food and Beverage Production, Business Management, Electrical Installation, Hairdressing, Catering and Accommodation, and Building Masonry. Facilities include hospitality training kitchens, computer labs, a library, and beauty therapy studios.

Admission requirements
The college requires a minimum KCSE mean grade of C- (Minus) for diploma programmes, D (Plain) for certificates, and KCPE for artisan courses. Government capitation and HELB loans are available for eligible students.
