About
Kerio Valley Technical and Vocational College is a public TVET institution in Elgeyo Marakwet County, Kenya. Located on a 92-acre parcel of land in Marakwet East Sub-County near Chebilil Trading Centre, 7 km from Tot along the Tot-Kapsowar road, the college is the only TVET college in Marakwet East Constituency and was officially opened in January 2021.
The college offers diploma and certificate courses in ICT, Fashion and Design, Mechanical Engineering, Building and Construction, Electrical Engineering, Business Studies, and Supply Chain Management. The college is a centre of excellence in Fashion Design Management.
Accredited by TVETA and KNEC, the institution serves as a key technical training centre for the county, supporting the region's economy with skilled graduates for local industries and enterprises.

Admission requirements
The college requires a minimum KCSE mean grade of C- (Minus) for diploma programmes, D (Plain) for certificates, and KCPE for artisan courses. Competitive programmes include Diploma in ICT, Diploma in Business Management, and Diploma in Fashion Design. The college is a centre of excellence in Fashion Design Management. The college accepts KUCCPS-placed and self-sponsored students. Government capitation and HELB loans are available for eligible students.
