About
Emurua Dikirr Technical Training Institute (EDTTI) was established in 2017 by the Government of Kenya to provide quality technical and vocational education and training to the youth of Narok County and its environs. Located in Emurua Dikirr constituency, the institute aims to bridge the skills gap in the region, particularly in agriculture, ICT, and entrepreneurship.
Its mission is to produce competent, innovative, and self-reliant graduates who contribute to Kenya's socio-economic development. EDTTI offers diploma and certificate programmes in fields such as Information Communication Technology, Agriculture, Business Management, Electrical Engineering, and Building Technology.
The institute plays a significant role in equipping local youth with practical skills, thereby reducing unemployment and fostering rural development in Kenya's Rift Valley region.
