Diploma in Secondary Teacher Education (English and Geography)
The Diploma in Secondary Teacher Education (English and Geography) is a KNEC-examined programme that prepares trainees to teach English and geography in secondary schools. The programme is accredited by the Ministry of Education and examined by the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC).
Trainees develop competencies in professional studies, English language and literature content, geography content, cross-disciplinary pedagogy, special needs education, and ICT integration. The curriculum combines coursework with extensive teaching practice in secondary schools.
