Diploma in Horticultural Nursery Management

The Diploma in Horticultural Nursery Management is a TVET-CDACC examined programme at Level 6 that trains professionals in commercial plant propagation and nursery operations. The course covers mother block establishment, tissue culture seedling hardening, nursery planting media preparation, grafting and budding techniques, vegetable seedling production, potted seedling production, and nursery structure setup across progressive modules.

Students develop competencies in plant propagation, nursery infrastructure management, pest and disease control, irrigation techniques, and nursery business management. The programme combines horticultural science with practical nursery production and business skills.
