Certificate in Hydrology
The Certificate in Hydrology is a KNEC-examined programme that trains individuals in water resource monitoring, hydrological data collection, and basic water quality assessment. The programme is accredited by the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority (TVETA) and examined by the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC).
Trainees develop competencies in stream gauging, rainfall measurement, groundwater monitoring, water sampling, basic hydrological analysis, and data recording. The curriculum combines theoretical instruction with field practicals at water monitoring stations and laboratories.
