The Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial and Textile Engineering is a specialised programme that combines industrial engineering with textile technology. Offered at Moi University, the programme prepares graduates for careers in textile manufacturing, industrial engineering and production management.

The curriculum covers engineering mathematics, textile materials, yarn manufacturing, fabric manufacturing, textile chemistry, garment manufacturing, textile testing, quality control, industrial engineering, production planning, operations research, plant layout, work study, CAD/CAM for textiles, textile machinery, research methods and a final year project. Students develop skills in textile production and industrial optimisation.

The programme is accredited by the Commission for University Education (CUE) and the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK). Admission requires KCSE mean grade C+ with B- in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. KUCCPS Cluster 3.
