Zetech University (ZU)

Founded in 1999 as Zetech College and chartered in 2017 as a private university, Zetech University is located in Ruiru, Kiambu County. The university serves over 15,000 students across four campuses including Ruiru Main, Technology Park Mang'u, Nairobi City, and Thika Road.

The university operates eight schools including Business and Economics, Computing and IT, Engineering, Media and Creative Arts, Education, Hospitality, Health Sciences, and Graduate Studies. Its IBM Academic Initiative partnership supports technology training and innovation.

A C+ mean grade is the minimum for a Bachelor's degree; competitive programmes (medicine, engineering, law, nursing, architecture) require higher grades and specific KCSE subject clusters. Master's programmes require a relevant Bachelor's degree; PhD programmes a relevant Master's degree.
