Rarieda Technical and Vocational College (RTVC) was established in 2015 under the Kenya Vision 2030 initiative to expand access to technical and vocational education in Siaya County. The college is committed to providing competency-based training that equips students with practical skills for self-employment and the job market.

RTVC offers a range of diploma and certificate programs in engineering, information communication technology, business studies, applied sciences, and hospitality.
