About
Originally established as Kenya Polytechnic in 1961 and elevated to national polytechnic status, Nairobi National Polytechnic is Kenya's oldest and largest public TVET institution. Located in Nairobi's CBD, the polytechnic serves over 5,000 students across ten departments.
The institution offers diploma and certificate courses in Health Sciences, Applied Sciences, Automotive Engineering, Business Studies, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical and Chemical Engineering, Information Communication Technology, Institutional Management, Liberal Studies, and Entrepreneurship.
