About
Kisumu Polytechnic, established in 1972 as a technical training institute, is one of the premier TVET institutions in Kenya's Lake Region. Its mission is to provide quality, hands-on technical and vocational education that equips students with competencies for employment and entrepreneurship.
Over the decades, the polytechnic has expanded from a small workshop-based institute to a comprehensive polytechnic offering over 30 programmes across engineering, ICT, applied sciences, business, and hospitality.
