Located in Konoin Village, Sikhendu Ward, 3 km from Sikhendu market along the Kitale-Webuye road, the college was constructed in 2015 and officially opened in January 2019 with Matili Technical Training Institute as its mentoring institution.

The college offers diploma and certificate courses in Fashion Design, Building and Construction, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Information Communication Technology, Human Resource Management, and Supply Chain Management. Facilities include engineering workshops, computer labs, a library, and fashion design studios.
