The Kenya School of Law is a public legal education provider established under the Kenya School of Law Act, No. 26 of 2012, located in Karen and Nairobi CBD, Kenya. The institution is mandated to provide professional legal training and is regulated by the Council of Legal Education.
The school offers the Advocates Training Programme (ATP), a postgraduate diploma in law, and the Paralegal Training Programme (PTP), a Diploma in Law conducted at its Town Campus in Development House on Moi Avenue. Facilities include a dedicated law library at Karen and a specialised paralegal library at the Town Campus.
As the only public institution mandated to offer professional legal training, the school plays a unique role in the legal education ecosystem, preparing advocates and paralegals for the profession.

Admission requirements
The Kenya School of Law requires a minimum KCSE mean grade of C (Plain) with at least C+ (Plus) in English or Kiswahili for the Diploma in Law (Paralegal Studies). The ATP programme requires a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. Admission is competitive and administered through KUCCPS for government-sponsored students. Alternative entry is available via KACE, a certificate in law, or experiential learning certification from the Council of Legal Education.
