The Diploma in Information Communication Technology (ICT) Level 6 is a TVET CDACC qualification that equips trainees with competencies to support, install, operate, and maintain ICT systems and applications. Some institutions also offer a KNEC-examined variant under the same name. Training combines classroom theory with extensive laboratory practicals and industrial attachment.
