Doctor of Philosophy in Crop Science

The Doctor of Philosophy in Crop Science is a doctoral programme offered at Egerton University through the Faculty of Agriculture and at Kenyatta University through the Department of Agricultural Science and Technology. At Egerton, the programme is offered through the Faculty of Agriculture with tuition at KSh 200,000/year for PhD programmes, total KSh 742,700 over 3 years. Application fee is KSh 2,000. Candidates can also be upgraded from MSc to PhD based on exceptional research progress. At KU, annual fees are KSh 367,200 for East Africans.
