The Bachelor of Arts in Transformational Church Leadership is a three-year degree programme offered at Pan Africa Christian University through the School of Theology. The programme is designed to produce church leaders equipped to impart positive spiritual and socio-economic transformation in the church and the community.

The curriculum covers biblical studies, hermeneutics, systematic theology, church history, transformational leadership, church administration, community development, pastoral ministry, preaching, counselling, and mission studies. The programme is offered at Pan Africa Christian University (private, KSH 163,500 per year for self-sponsored students) at the main campus in Roysambu, Nairobi. The university is accredited by the Commission for University Education and operates on a trimester system with intakes in January, May, and September.

Accreditation is provided by the Commission for University Education (CUE), the statutory body responsible for quality assurance and regulation of university education in Kenya. Admission requires a KCSE mean grade of C+, or C Plain or C Minus with a diploma from a recognised institution.
